The Land
Tillable land has been traditionally farmed (heavy tilling, mono crop, herbicides, pesticides, fertilizers, etc.. for decades), goal is to start bring the soil back and convert this to regenerative agriculture, cover crop, silvopasture, chicken tractors, etc..
The pastures have had cattle in them in the past, currently none. Goal is to build infrastructure to support rotational grazing.
The forest land is untouched.

Two cement water troughs in pasture
Two lakes on one portion of property and two lakes on other portion of property. One is in need of a repair.
Bank barn (straw, hay storage) Usable but could use repairs
Fencing around pastures
No irrigation systems at this time
Natural drainage / creek through pastures
We can support people that have their own RV's or want build their own tiny home, yurt, etc... Housing could potentially be provided depending on terms negotiated, example, we pay for housing upfront, farmer pays it back in hours of labor helping on the property (this would be separate labor from the labour put into farming)
Mini Excavator with multiple attachments (post hole digger, claw, bucket, etc..)
Large 5 series John Deere tractor
Plan on getting a 2 series tractor in the near future
